The most common reasons a PW coupon code fails
1. The code has expired
PW coupon codes have a limited validity period. If a code shows a status of Expired on this site, it is no longer active. Check the coupon page for the current status before attempting to use it.
2. The code is entered incorrectly
Coupon codes are case-sensitive in some cases. Enter the code exactly as shown — including capitalisation. Avoid adding spaces before or after the code.
3. The batch is not eligible
Some codes only work for specific exam categories (JEE, NEET, UPSC, etc.) or for specific named batches. If the code has a category restriction, it will not apply to batches outside that category.
4. The minimum purchase is not met
Some codes have a minimum order value. If your course fee is below the threshold, the code will not apply. Check the coupon details for any minimum purchase requirement.
5. The code has already been used on your account
Some PW coupon codes are single-use per account. If you have already applied a code to a previous purchase on the same PW account, it may not work again.
6. The code is paused
PW occasionally pauses coupon codes temporarily. If a code shows a Paused status on this site, it is not currently active even if it was previously working.
7. You are on the wrong platform
Some codes work on pw.live but not in the PW app, or vice versa. If a code fails on one platform, try the other.
8. The coupon field is not visible
On mobile, scroll down on the checkout screen. The coupon field is sometimes hidden below the fold.
